Jan. 10th, 2024 06:32 pmMakino Kagura is The Girl in a shounen battle series. No, not the one who starts off cool and competent and quickly gets ultra-nerfed to serve as the hero's arm candy. The other one. She's the girl who was the lead's school friend, gets threatened, attacked, and kidnapped a lot, and eventually awakens to her own power that is a) extremely girly and b) quickly overshadowed and rarely if ever used effectively ever again.
So she quit.
With the flower-creating power Euchylia and a basket of lunchboxes, Kagura left to get stronger, so she says. What she really found was a portal someplace else, or a lot of someplace elses, and the knowledge that the world where she lived would never let her be anything other than a sweet, innocent, useless source of motivation for someone else. So why not go somewhere else and see who else she could be?
